Welcome to the War Hostel

This is a family run hostel by war survivors who survived the siege of Sarajevo, Bosnian War.

If you look us up you will find that we were featured in lots of media, BBC, New York Times, ARD, ZDF, RTL, Al Jazeera etc.

After COVID 19 we resigned the hostel. Now it's like sleeping in a very modern art gallery about the war.

Everything is clean and modern, beds are amazing and comfortable, pillows are anatomical and your quality of sleep is number one.

We offer many activities, from our war museum to talking about the war.

We are NOT a party hostel. This is a place for people who like history, deep conversations and want to learn something about the war.

The house is modern and refurbished, but it's actually 326 years old.

I am your host my name is 01 this is my father's war code name and I welcome you to my one and only War Hostel.

We offer interesting talks, comfortable beds, huge lockers, clean showers, free laundry, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful views, comfortable beds and lots of activities.

Check in starts from 12:00 p.m. it's not possible to check in before or leave the bags before.
Check out is at 10:00 a.m.
