- Cancellation policy: Cancellations or modifications must be made 5 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations and no-shows made beyond that time will result in of full amount fee (100%) plus tax.
- Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards (Visa, Mastercard only). This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
- Taxes not included - 22.00%
- Breakfast a la carte available from 7am until 10 am, between $5 and $10 USD
- Restaurant open from 7:00 until 22:00 hrs.

General:
Reception is open from 6:30 until 22:00.
No curfew.
Bring a lock for your locker, or you can purchase one from use.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 18 years or older to stay in a shared dormitory. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a family member or a legal guardian (18 years or older) in a private room.

For reservations of more than 12 pax, special, group-exclusive policies may apply, different from single-reservations policies. According to seasonality and/or demand, a pre-payment of 50% to 100% of the total booking amount might be required. The hotel will try to contact the guest and if a reply with the payment possibility is not received, the booking could be cancelled.

OTHER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted; guests who fail to comply with this policy will be charged a $300.00 penalty
- Coolers: Coolers are not permitted at our Socialtel locations.
- Food and Beverages: Food purchased outside our location may not be consumed in common areas.
- Noise: After 11:00 pm, guests must keep noise levels to a minimum in shared dormitories and gust room area..
- Towels: For guests staying in dormitories, there is a small towel fee, and a deposit to be refunded once the towel is returned at check-out.
- Key deposit: Guests in dormitories will be charged a small key deposit to be refunded once the key is returned at check-out.
- Luggage: Luggage storage is available at reception free of charge for 24 hours. Thereafter, there will be a $5 charge per day, subject to availability.
