BED BUGS!!!!! loads of them… even after they fumigated the beds the bugs were still there (i got bitten twice in 2 different rooms…) and they told me this isnt the first time, they had this issue 2mths ago… this place needs to be closed for a deep clean!!

A great value for the price, the hostel truly surprised my boyfriend and me as backpackers. When we were there the atmosphere was very social. A bbq night, and music/guitar, people singing softly every evening. If you’re in the 6person dorm you’ll hear some of it but it was definitely not too loud. The kitchen has the things you need, is a little chaotic but totally fine! If you go down the stairs you’re directly in the city.

The staff and the volunteers are very nice and helpful. The hostel is located quite in the center and has a nice garden with a view of the ocean. The room and the common areas are quite crowded. The oven didn't work and also the cooker was also not the best. And it could be cleaner.
