Please read the following details before making your booking:
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible and to ensure a smooth check-in process, we want to provide you with some essential information:

**PLEASE NOTE THAT EARLY OR LATE CHECK-IN REQUESTS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 10€ PER PERSON.**

** IF YOU’RE ARRIVING LATE, SEND US A WHATSAPP OR IMESSAGE. IN CASE WE DON’T HEAR FROM YOU BEFORE 8 PM ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND RELEASE THE RESERVED BEDS (AFTER 8 PM). **

CHECK-IN TIME: 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM*
Unfortunately, check-in before 1:00 PM is NOT POSSIBLE as we want to ensure a great experience for all our guests. This time is reserved for check-out and cleaning purposes. While we understand the convenience of early arrival and bag storage, this timeframe is dedicated exclusively to check-out procedures and thorough cleaning to maintain the pristine condition of our facilities.

It's our priority to ensure that all guests arrive in clean and inviting spaces, ready to embark on the delightful experience we strive to provide.

Policy and Conditions:
Check-in from 13:00 to 20:00. Check-in before 13:00 is not possible
Latest Check-out time: 10:00 rooms, (11:00 premises & communal areas*).
*Bag storage: on your check-out day, the “Daily Pass” can be purchased: Daily bag storage inclusive of access to communal areas and toilets (till 10 PM).

- Parking: Payable
- Kitchen: No, only kitchenette (microwave, toaster, kettle), however (besides restaurants) there is a supermarket, bakery, pizza place and burger spot within a 2 min walk.
- Smoking: No (designated outdoor space)
- No pets allowed
- This is Not a party hostel (Silence from 10 pm - 7 am is required)
- Only checked-in / registered guests are allowed on the hostel’s premises
- Cleaning after yourself: we share the place with other travellers, hence cleaning after yourself is expected and mandatory immediately after use (showers, toilets, communal areas as well as crockery, mugs/cups/bowls/utensils)


Taxes not included - City Tax 3.13 EUR per person per night
Breakfast is not included.

Cancellation Policy
Standard Rate: This property has a 3-day (72h) cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the entire reservation cost. Cancelling/alternating your reservation more than 72 hours before the arrival/check-in date (2 pm) will result in the applicable cancellation fee for the entire stay.

Non-refundable Rate: If your booking is non-refundable, you will be charged the full amount of your booking. Cancellations or alternations of existing reservation/s are not possible. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full amount of your booking.

Your booking will be confirmed once the full payment is received. The property may pre-authorise or charge your credit card, if it does not work, the guest will be contacted to update his/her credit card details. If the guest does not answer within 48 hours, the Property will have the right to cancel the booking.

Age Restrictions:
18 to 45. Please note that guests outside of the age limit are not allowed in shared dormitories and can only book a private room (subject to availability - please contact the property before you make a reservation). We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refunding your deposit and charge the applicable cancellation fee (as per the cancellation policy).

For last-minute reservations and in case we have high occupancy, it might not be possible to keep the same room all of the nights, though we do our best to avoid it.

Group Reservations: When booking for 9 or more guests, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact the property before your booking to see hostel conditions in terms of group bookings, if not the booking could be cancelled. All group bookings are to be paid in full at least 14 days before arrival. If you have a group booking, we will always try our best to put you together in the same room, but keep in mind this is a hostel and that's not always possible!

Hostel Rules
Quiet time: 10pm - 7am
Rooms/dorms: (QUIET ZONE)
- Disturbing others in any kind of way is unacceptable.
- No food or drinks allowed in the rooms/dorms
- Put your belongings in provided lockers (nothing remains on the floor)
- Keep your phone on silent when in the room/dorm/
- Pack ahead - If leaving early the following morning

Toilets/showers:
- If you made a mess - clean it (mop/brush)
- avoid long showers - remember, you’re sharing the bathroom with others

Communal Areas:
- Common area, kitchenette and terrace are open from 7:30 am till 22:00
- Clean after yourself - wash, dry and put back (glasses, cups, plates)
- We Recycle: Please use the recycling bins as marked.

Kindly be reminded that any breach of house rules may result in your early departure, as well as covering incurred damages and a corresponding fine.
