Cancellation Policy:

Standard - Flexible 24 hours: The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 24 hours, before the arrival date. Otherwise, you must pay the price of the first night. Does not require advance payment. Non-Refundable: Changes or returns do not apply. To confirm the reservation, a full advance payment is required.*** In case of applying any charge, it will be made to the guarantee card with which you confirmed your reservation.

IMPORTANT:* High Season: from December 20 to January 20 ALL reservations will have a Non-Refundable condition (No changes or refunds apply).

Check in from 15.00 to 23.00 (Please let us know if you will arrive later than 11 pm. Otherwise, your reservation could be cancelled.
If you arrive earlier, you can use the common facilities, bathrooms, and our luggage room.)
