VIKI Kazimierz Hostel is a modern hostel in the heart of Krakow with free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

There is a variety of accommodation options available, from family rooms with a Queensize bed to a bed in a dormitory. Bathrooms are equipped with showers and a hairdryer.

The hostel offers free luggage storage, TV room, multilingual staff, medical service and laundry.

VIKI Kazimierz Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

The hostel was smelly and felt unclean. I had to sleep in a tiny room with 4 old men I felt really uncomfortable. I don’t think they should make these rooms an option. I tried ti sleep in the common room for a while as I felt scared being with them.

Okay, so we booked thinking it was good value for money, and we did book a 12 persons room so we didnt have high expectations. But we where dissapointed. Firstly, the critisism is not against the good staff because they helped us, letting us cancel the second night and upgrading for the night we had to stay for free. However, it was an incredibly smelly room, the people seem to live there, with lots of trash and behaving weirdly against us (four girls and a guy). I do not reccomend.
