VIKI Kazimierz Hostel

This is genuinely the worst place I have EVER stayed in in my life. I have never had such a bad experience. We arrived and were immediately greeted with the smell of dog food and rotting animals. The place absolutely reeks. We go into our dorm and there’s a woman, maybe member of staff, who literally lives there full time. She had 6 suitcases, a frying pan and her staff uniform in the dorm. The next day the cleaner came in and opened her curtain. Little did we know we were about to be blamed for this. We’re on our way out and this woman starts going ballistic on us in polish accusing us of having been through her stuff. We tell her it’s the cleaner but then the cleaner comes in and start ganging up on us. Doesn’t end here. The men in this hostel are on another level. So disgusting and made us feel VERY unsafe. We chose to leave immediately and told the reception what happened who showed absolutely NO pity and didn’t refund us. Do not stay here.

Not the place for me, but granted it's cheap for Europe. Small rooms, no availability to leave luggage as staff aren't there in the morning. There's one dark basic common room but it has a decent kitchen and provisions. The receptionist was nice but I had to call five times to get in. The bed was also comfy and showers worked fine.

Hostel doesn't exist. The phone number was called. They don't exist. Agoda Dan list this place. They are illegal. Agoda can't allow an exception. Remove from list of hostels..
