Our quiet and individual Capsules are built with natural oak and equipped with Hypnos mattresses to elevate your sleeping experience.
Our dormitories have filtered air and gentle lighting for your sleep and well-being.

There are no distractions in the capsules, but you will have always access to unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi when you want your technology fix.

Zedwell Capsule Hotel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy:
Flexible rate. Free cancellation until 3pm 2 days prior to arrival. If you cancel late or Do Not Show up, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Non-Refundable Rate. Cancellation not allowed. If you cancel or Do Not Show up, you will be charged the full amount of your stay

Check-in starts at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am.

The age requirement for check-in is 18 years old. Guests under 18 years old are not allowed to stay even if accompanied by an adult.

Payment at the time of booking / cancellation deadline by credit and debit cards.

Convenient place, well located and close to London's main attractions. The capsules are clean and comfortable. I'm glad I brought my earplugs, as some guests did not respect the noise guidelines - Asian guests opening their luggage noisily or even using a hairdryer at 3 am. The bathroom facilities are okay, and you can see the staff cleaning them, but it is difficult to keep them to a high standard. The water (taps/showers) was extremely hot. Storage luggage and late check-in are very expensive.

Clean hostel in a great location. The women’s area was quiet and peaceful, which made my stay very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of facilities: there was no kitchen or fridge, and no common areas to relax or socialize. Overall, it’s still a good place to stay, especially for a short trip.

Really good central location, heaps of clean showers and toilets that were never busy. The pods are clean and the place is easy to find and central to Piccadilly underground. Would definitely return
