Flexible rate. Free cancellation until 3pm 2 days prior to arrival. If you cancel late or Do Not Show up, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Non-Refundable Rate. Cancellation not allowed. If you cancel or Do Not Show up, you will be charged the full amount of your stay

Check-in starts at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am.

The age requirement for check-in is 18 years old. Guests under 18 years old are not allowed to stay even if accompanied by an adult.

Zedwell Capsule Hotel Piccadilly Circus in Londen biedt een fantastische, centrale locatie. Gasten prijzen de comfortabele pods en de rustige sfeer. Sommige recente beoordelingen vermelden echter problemen met te hoge temperaturen en af en toe zorgen over de netheid van de badkamers. Het is ideaal voor korte verblijven en soloreizigers.

Aardig personeel beneden bij aankomst, erg behulpzaam. Echter, sommigen cocoons kunnen niet allemaal goed op slot (Sloten zijn makkelijk open te draaien, zelfs al heb je er een slotje aan hangen. Óf het slot werkt helemaal niet). Toiletten werden niet goed schoongemaakt. Zeer veel verstopt, sloten kapot, of erg vies. Idem dito met de douches. Wel is de cocoon een fijne plek om te slapen, goed bed en spiegel en lamp zijn fijn. Ook is het top om een kleine airco te hebben in het cocoon!

Dit is zeker niet te vergelijken met andere Capsule hostels waar ik eerder in ben verbleven. De capsules zelf zijn iets groter dan normaal, dit was echter het geval omdat je al je spullen hierin kwijt moet. Je hebt geen extra kluisje. Je hoort dus al je spullen in de ruimte waar je slaapt te houden. Daarbij zijn de capsules niet met gordijnen maar met een rolluik, hierdoor voelt het meer claustrofobisch, omdat er geen luchtstroom is. Daarbij stonk de wc/ douche ruimtes continu naar urine.

The location of the hostel is perfect. The calmth the second you step into the hostel was perfect. There is security at the entrance and you have to show your keycard to get in, which makes it feel very safe. It was very clean aswell.
