Amazing place to stay. Owner has three Velvet properties: Velvet hostel , Velvet Plaza - historic building , Velvet La Novena - hotel style. Booked into Plaza but was moved to La Novena as roof work going on at the time. Really friendly and helpful staff. Not a party property and can be a little noisy in the morning and evening in the courtyard restaurant. Would definitely recommend if staying in Santa Ana
