Temperature locked down - can get quite warm in the room at night. Not much room to even set your phone. Lockers are below the bed which can get quite annoying. Other than that, okay

The reviews are good but I dont understand why?they’re no A/C so it was up to 32 degrees Celsius in the room, Wich made it impossible to sleep, and when we went downstairs to complain about it they say « yes we are the one who controls it » but never turned it back on. I book this property because it’s really well situated and we needed air conditioning because of the heath but GUESS NOT. And the staff entered the room once when we were sleeping and the other time we were changing.

there should be a strict rule about hanging clothes on the bunks in the room, my whole stay, the room was damp and smelt awful and the person above me had wet socks that literally fell on my head on many occasion. I’m also aware that I booked a mixed dorm but these beds no matter what really should have curtains for the sake of everyone trying to sleep, change, or not see anyone else getting up to anything. Lastly, one of the hinges on my locker was broken, so, security you know?
