This is the wordy hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The AC doesn’t work, you have to pay for towels and you don’t get your money back when you return them. They never do room service to refill toiletries or anything. There’s not even a hand towel for the sinks. The elevators didn’t even work. One went completely out of service and the other took 5-10 minutes to come to you and then when you finally got in it, it would take you to different floors then back down to the lobby. Worst hostel experience.

The toilets were always dirty, out of toilet paper and soap and full of trash. The showers were not clean. Bathroom walls had mold all over them. The ensuite shower in the room was too small that we mainly had to use the shared ones on each floor. And out of those 3 shared showers, one of them had no light! There is no hairdryer in the bathroom but you can ask for it from the staff. They will lend you one in exchange for a 50 euro deposit. The elevator took forever to reach each floor.
