We are a friendly family run Guest House located in Gruz quiet area of Dubrovnik close to main bus station and ferry port .
We can offer you a simple, clean and cheap accommodations.

Fiona are on 3rd floor you need to Going up with steairs.
Tax included.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING!
PLEASE NOTE THAT IS STAIRS TO CLIMB BECAUSE IT IS ON 3RD FLOOR.

Rooms and common areas were clean. Location is very close to the port where the ferries arrive and it's easy to get to the old town by bus. Host was lovely. Great value for money!

Excellent accommodation. We only stayed one night but Maria was very accommodating when our flight was delayed and we were dropped off at the wrong location, resulting in us arriving much later than expected. Despite this Maria was friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and very quiet. There is also a kitchen and eating area which I don't think was mentioned in the accommodation description. We would happily stay at Maria's Guesthouse when visiting Dubrovnik again.
