Very nice place, but slightly disappointing in some aspects. After our ferry was delayed 24 hours, the hotel was unable to move our booking around at all or offer any flexibility. The hotel didn’t seem too busy, and the lack of sympathy and urgentness for money on arrival was clear to see & was also apparent when we asked to extend our stay by one day. The hotel itself had a lovely pool, but both the gym and pool table were broken/in need of serious repair - don’t book if you want a gym sesh!

Stayed here 5 nights - our superior room was spacious, exceptionally clean & with a large balcony overlooking the pool. We were given new shower facilities every day and our room was made up every day which we really appreciated. The grounds itself are well maintained and very clean. It is also super quiet at night which is hard to come by in Asia - this made for a great nights sleep. The A/C worked really well and the room had a fridge and a kettle with coffee/tea.
