Nice hotel, excellent breakfast, good location, walkable if you like walking or the 4 is right there which makes the metro very convenient as well

I had a very comfortable stay in Hotel Aviatic. It was better that the photos and room was all renovated. Staffs were also good. The thing is if you have huge luggage like me I recommend you to ask before arrival if they have any available room in first floor or in entrance. There was no lift and stairs very tight as a usual Parisian building.
