We have renovated this Guesthouse with care and love! Furthermore, our passion for travel has led us to make the Affittacamere Roma, a place where people can feel at ease and happy to enjoy their stay in the center of Sanremo.
The guest house is located in the center of Sanremo, near the sea and beaches, the casino, the Ariston theater,
at the arrival of the Milan Sanremo and the cycle path. Also the property is located 500 m from the Russian Orthodox Church of San Basilio, 600 m from Piazza Colombo and 500 m from the Pigna.
The property is located on the second floor with a lift and the parking lots are close to the structure. Distributor service with drinks and water for a fee.

Cancellation policy: 30 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
