Comfortable, clean, very nice spot to hang out in for a night while staying in downtown. I would definitely stay again if I was looking for the hotel experience. However, not quite the hostel experience; not a lot of common areas where you would be hanging out with fellow travelers sharing life stories and making new friends. Still, this place was warm, clean, safe and very welcoming. Perfect for spending a night if you are passing through San Francisco.
