Stage Coach Lodge Policy and Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 2 days before arrival by 4:00 PM. In case of late cancellation or no-show, one full night plus taxes and fees will be charged. Once checked in, no cancellations are permitted.
Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
Payment: Payment may be made by credit card or cash. If the reservation is prepaid or payment is made by cash, a $150 security deposit via credit card is required at check-in and may be charged in case of damages.
Taxes: Taxes and fees apply to cancellation and no-show charges.
Breakfast: Please contact the property for breakfast information.
General:
No pets allowed. A $150 non-refundable deep-cleaning fee applies if evidence of pet dander or odor is found.
Non-smoking facility. Smoking in guest rooms or within the hotel facility is prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a guest room.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or missing/damaged linens.
Only one registered car per guestroom may be parked in the private parking lot. Additional unregistered vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
The property reserves the right to refuse service and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables.
