This is definately a 3 star hotel only but the hotel staff (especially those at front desk) provides 5 star service. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts is great, and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job. They do have a parking area where they go and park your car, steps from the hotel. The location CAN NOT be better! A few steps to the Old Clock Tower and promenade. The hotel does get filled up daily by tour groups. It can be noisy sometimes due to that.
