The Green Village Boutique Hotel

Cool little place to stay near the beach, great food options and the bus. I had one issue and it was with the price online v what I was told when I arrived. Taxes should have been included. Hosts were flexible and worked with me about it and issue was dealt with professionally.

I was very disappointed and upset, I never had no light by my ,bed it was broken , and I bedsheets were very dirty and had a dirty smell on them , the staff were also a little bit rude and said I am Making a bad atmosphere in the hostel because I was upset. I asked for a refund but u did not give me one.

sheets were dirty and stained, when asked to replace they said the would and did not, came back and they dirty ones were still there. parking is NOT free as it says. charged additional cost at checkout because I used a Credit card and it was not mentioned anywhere, so essentially my down payment/reservation meant nothing and I was forced to pay in full again. The credit card machine broken too, no bed blankets only a sheet. The lights in the room were kind of cool and their was a nice shower.
