Kona Tau

入住的时候，前台没有人接待，之后安排我入住了。但酒店的Kona Tau女士回来后，告诉我没有床位了。酒店安排了一对老夫妻住进了，把我送到另外一家hostel入住。另外这家的位置靠近海边，客观的说，我很感谢他们帮我调整到挺好的hostel。但是在交接的过程中，Kona Tau女士完全没有任何的歉意，也没有做好两家店之间的付款交接。因为有部分预付款是平台收取了，我还需要付房费差价给新的店家。Kona Tau女士态度很差地来沟通这个事情，语气非常粗鲁，完全没有酒店行业应有的服务精神。似乎是我给她添了麻烦。 她没有认识到是她随意取消了我的订房给我造成了麻烦，从头到尾没有说过一句表示歉意的话，相反的是用傲慢的态度来沟通，就此我对于她的服务态度和沟通方式给一个大大的差评。希望她能更友好地对待客户。

it's a guest house not hostel, there's no facilities, no tour/information, it's run by a family, I'm sure they are nice but no one speaks english, not even basic words like ''today'' or ''tomorrow', very frustrating for tourists who can't speak Spanish

This place has a ton of potential with the understanding that it is hard to get resources on that island. I just feel that the ownership could have a little more pride. The first 2 night I had no hot water. There was no screens on the windows, no fan, no air-conditioning. The sheets were stained and dirty. The blanket stunk like dog. I guess you get what you pay for but other than that a beautiful place and tons of potential.
