A great experience overall - the staff were lovely from the get go. They explained everything to us in detail and even allowed us to check-in early when the room was ready. They were also really helpful with bike rental and advice about getting around the city. The rooms and all the common areas were very tidy and there were plenty showers to not have to fight anyone for one. Great stay, would recommend to everyone.
