Terrible experience at El Guembe Hostel House. The place was dirty – I saw a cockroach in the kitchen. Staff were rude and unhelpful, even moving my belongings from my bed to another without notice. The "included breakfast" was just cold cake and hot water, with staff dismissing any complaints. Card payment wasn’t always accepted, and when it was, they added a 10% fee without warning. Completely misleading. Would not recommend.
