The staff was helpful and courteous. The best thing about the place is that rooms and beds are comfortable and almost have no noise and people respect boundaries. I did not have any sleep disturbance in the 3 dorm rooms I stayed at over the course of a month. However, an obvious area of improvement for me has to be the kitchen. It was the worst kitchen I have seen during all of my travels in Asia, Australia and Europe combined. People do not clean dishes properly and cutlery offerings are less
