It was horrible. After our stay we wanted to check out. We didnt get our deposit back cause they said it was included in the price??? Then we had to pay for the laundry service, which we wanted to do. But they said we could only pay cash (nobody told us up front when we asked for the laundry service) and there was a taxi driver outside waiting for us for 15 minutes. Then they made us go all the way to the atm (while the taxi driver was still waiting) Horrible service, never again!

Awesome, friendly staff. I had a single room with ensuite and it felt like a nice hotel. The location is great, lots of food and cafe options within walking distance. There was a rooster who liked to get started at 4:30 am, but aside from that it was very quiet

Hanoi Street Hotel was a fantastic central location for us - right next to restaurants and coffee shops and of course the train street! Staff were very helpful in ordering taxis and general knowledge sharing - thank you!
