Hi. I stayed at this hostel twice. Once for about a week and the other time for at least two weeks. The longer I stayed, the more I liked this place. I liked the neighborhood and also that it was a quiet hostel. The staff were amazing. I found out that thier helpfulness to guests was unlimited. All of them were quite friendly. The place was kept spotlessly clean. I would stay thier again. There are great restaurants and attractions close by.

Madhuban guest house is right in the centre of Tamel, the tourist hub in Kathmandu, it is clean and has very helpful staff. I had a private single room ensuite where hot water could be accessed all the time, and the room was quiet at night, for a very decent price. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone travelling in Nepal. A very great advantage in my case was that it had the excellent vegan cafe right across the road.
