The Pelican Larry Hostel

Only stayed here because of the price of a private dorm. Hostel could defiantly do with more daily cleaning, our bin was full upon check in and sheets are stained (they are washed but just need new sheets). A few minutes outside the hostel there’s a nice street with cafes but otherwise quite far from everything, lucky uber is cheap. Breakfast was fine, just always cold as it’s pre made. Kitchen was never cleaned and unorganised. Mixed shower review, most cold, pressure not good.

Anthony is a promoter for PL. His walking tour was half information about buildings and reading off his phone - not my cup of tea. As a promoter for mulato cabaret, he made promises he couldn’t keep to get us there under his name, so we didn’t get the experience we’d hoped for. On the hostel itself - One night there were six people sleeping in the living room. The bathrooms were never clean. The common backyard was nice and social Good breakfast

didn't have my room booked, but gave me a bigger room, room smells, hostel looks rundown a bit, no blankets in the room but got one when I asked for one (Avianca blanket assuming it's from the plane) but it was only covering 3/4 of my body and they tried to charge me 5,000 for it which I wasn't told before I was given the blanket, the fan's speed dial in the room is broken so can't change the speed, shower hot water is not consistent, on my last day I had to change back to the room I booked initially which
