We think the biggest issue was that the photos seem to be too old and don’t reflect the hostel anymore. Sadly, we felt what we had booked and paid for was not value for the money - it’s wasn’t clean, things were broken. Positives were the staff are lovely and welcoming. They tried to rectify the issues we had but we decided to switch hostels.
