We had pre-booked a private room a month in advance. When we arrived they tried to charge us the same amount for a much lower quality room. We pointed out the error and they gave us a partial refund for the night and promised to move us to the right room the next day. The next day when we went to move rooms they said it was occupied. Awful service, they didn’t even provide recommendations or help finding alternate accommodations. Heard from others this happens often. Book at your own risk..

A Wonderful place to stay. Situated in the middle of town with many attractions just around the corner. But for me, the most important thing is the welcome and the feeling of being at home away from home. Amina, Alex, Ali, Jorge, Iouli, and the other staff made me feel as if I had known them for years. Together with the people I met there and who were also travelling, you are like a part of a big family. Expect me back ! 10 stars !
