One of my most favorite hostels to have stayed at. I was in the dorm with the en-suite bathroom - room & bathroom were always super clean. Rooftop pizzas were great & the gym is all you need. Great to make friends, social but not a party hostel! SUPER SAFE, don’t let the favela throw you off! Would 100% stay again.

The dorms are new and the beds are private & spacious. The rooftop is nice. The breakfast was really good. The location is perfectly safe to walk, even at night. We were there for 10 nights over carnival - there were no social events for the hostel at all, which was surprising and a bit disappointing. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the cleaners came into the dorms at 8am playing music. It’s also at the top of a REALLY big hill, no shops around. For this reason I wouldn’t stay here again

Loved this hostel! The hostel was clean and spacious, both in the social areas and in the rooms, and the breakfast was great. It’s located in a favela, but it felt really safe and was just a short walk from the beach. Meet a lot great people as well
