They gave us the 'spare room', we were exhausted as we had a pretty rough trip so we accepted it and asked to be relocated the next day. The room we had to stay on was next to the entrance corridor had no noise isolation and somehow not privacy either as there were windows at the top with no curtains. The next day we asked again and they said they were full and couldn't do it. The last night of our stay we talked to the person in charge, apparently, and she told us 'you booked through website and since there's a discount in the website that is the room we give to the people that book there'. So basically since we booked through this website they gave us the worst they had. Other than that the other staff and the cleaning crew were friendly and helpful.
