The worst hostel experience ever. There were bedbugs in the room, they bite me and I couldn't sleep and still got a rash. I complained about it to the owners and they didn't care about it at all. The owner was rude all the time. He knowcked agressively on my door for me to leave for the check out, and didn't let me even stay for a few minutes in the common area, literally expelling me from the hostel. Besides that, he wanted to charge twice a fee that Hostelworld had already got from my card.

Great friendly staff. Beautiful location on the water of the river Sava, surounded with mature willow trees, and beautiful view on the other side of the river to the old town. Two great balconies on the river side for relaxing watching waters pass by. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Many thanks!
