Staff, especially volunteers, was supernice and helpful until there were problems. Activities were fun. I got bedbugs from here and the staff was not agreeing with me. They offered me bed next to mine and did offered wash 5 kilos of clothing when everything needed to washed (bags etc). The kitchen was not clean and the fridge smelled bad, space in the fridge was limited. No one swam in the pools since the water was not clean. There was lots of toilets and plenty room to shower. AC was good
