I stayed at Rio Hostel for two nights in early September and had a great experience! The atmosphere was amazing, and Manuel at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, even carrying my bags to my room. The staff were all so welcoming. With a beach, gym, bars, restaurant, pool, ping-pong and more, it’s an incredibly social place for solo travelers. My only feedback is that the rooms/bathrooms could be cleaner, the food felt pretty pricey for Colombia, and female-only dorms would be a great add!

Loved this hostel!! Was so much fun would recommend staying on a Sunday for the party. Great staff and volunteers, especially Jess, Teagan and Freya! They made the activities and atmosphere so fun!!

Really good hostel probably the best I’ve ever stayed in. Great party on Sunday and is a very social hostel with good rooms and food. Shoutout out to Marie, Jess and Freya for being good volunteers and making my stay enjoyable
