A reasonable value place, but run by the staff for the benefit of them and their friends. My 'private bathroom' was in fact used by the bar and communal area. The room constantly smelled of bleach and the windows curtains couldn't be opened as the bins/washing machines etc were right outside so loud smelly and no privacy.

Decent hostel close to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Free breakfast is a bonus. Staff keep the A/C remote and turn it on overnight. You can use fans during the day if in the room. G Adventures seem to use this hostel so can sometimes be difficult to extend your stay if they have a group in.
