Monumental Apartments Salamanca is a set of apartments that will your stay in Salamanca something meaningful to be remembered.
All the apartments have a full bathroom, full kitchen (fridge, washing machine microwave, electric stove), 43-47” TV, Iron, Bed Sheets, Towels, etc… All the additional cost are included in the price. (Hot water, Central heating, electricity). Additionally the services of Internet with you own Wifi Router, and a weekly clean services is also included in the price. The building is newly built, has elevator and the apartments has a lot of light, with balconies, very quiet and with great views. Private parking in monumental zone if needed.
Our location is privileged. We are right in the center of the city, near to the main tourists landmarks of the area such as Patio de Escuelas, Casa de las Conchas and Monumento a Cristóbal Colón, amongst other relevant spots of the city.
We offer individual apartments that are functional and very cozy. We have one apartment for three people and another one for four people. All the apartments are fully equipped and they have the necessary amenities to make the stay of the guests comfortable and pleasant.
