I booked a private room with my son as the first time living in a hostel,my boy wants to experience. I found this one with top rated. It's wonderful,the boss is kindheart and enthusiastic. I think we would come back again next time if possible and experience a standard room. And the only problem is that the edge of the bed is slightly sunken, causing a slight unevenness on the outside, which makes feel a bit tired during sleeping.

We had a great stay at Family Home. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. You can book activities and trips through the hostel for a good price. It had a nice atmosphere and quiet outside seating while still being sociable and near amenities. Would definitely stay again.

This hostel was one of the best I have stayed at across a long trip. Very nice and relaxed at the hostel with the option of a short walk to family home 2 for livelier evenings if you want. Owner was super welcoming and very nice. He even bought us a beer because the rain was too heavy to head out. Clean and comfortable rooms. 2 pillows was a nice touch. All activities through the hostel were very good and staff very helpful. I would definitely return if I was ever in Chang mai again. Thanks.
