Solid hotel, the host upgraded me to a better room after a scheduling misunderstanding, nice room with a comfortable bed and separate bathroom, located right in Old Town, key for door, but maintenance on the door latch stuck which made it difficult to open from the inside. Regardless, I'd recommend this hotel. (There's some confusion because the hostel part of Tbil Home is now gone and only the hotel part remains, I believe. It was a bit confusing to me.)

Nata was really helpful. She upgraded me to a private room at no extra cost to me - I really appreciated that. Nata was there for whatever I needed. I would stay here again for sure!

The female dorm didn't work for me; no windows no AC because a client didn't want it. It was too hot. But the location is the best. They transferred me in their pretty hotel next door and it was gorgeous with private bathroom AC TV and coffee etc. So if you are 2 people it is better to go to the hotel Ibn Inn. I paid a little more but not that much more.
