Nick and his family & staff are the best. Booked two tours through the hostel and they are definitely worth it. Social aspect will depend on the other guests, but I was fortunate that my roommates are the most awesome people to hang out with which made my stay at Ubud fun and memorable.

This hostel is so nice, it's the perfect blend between a homestay and a hostel. It's quiet and peaceful and the interior is beautiful traditional Balinese style. Nick is also so kind and accommodating, I did the Mt. Batur and coffee plantation tour which was really fun. It's not the most social but you can definitely make friends if you just talk to people. 100% recommend!
