Listed as having “security lockers,” but they don’t lock unless you have the very specific lock only they rent out. And when I asked to rent one and only 2 were being used in my room of 8, they told me they were out. The key card to get in and out of the building was extremely tedious, it took me nearly two minutes for it to finally let me in at 3am when there would have been no one at the desk. Shower room was just uncomfortable, no where to dress/undress. Extremely loud outside the hostel

staff was EXTREMELY rude. guy doing the check in was screaming at guests and giving them nasty comments. (check in was 2h late, so everyone had to wait and lost part of the day) the woman (other receptionist) was always in a mood and wouldn’t even greet you. bathrooms were AWFUL. bed linen wasn’t changed after every guest (even when i asked) location was great. had signs all over like “ur mama doesn’t work here, clean up ur mess” “be a nasty b**** in bed but not in kitchen”

It was in a great location and the dorms weren’t the worst but the showers were disgusting and I couldn’t lock my locker, even with my own lock I still could not lock my stuff, I felt very unsafe having all my stuff in an unlockable locker. It’s not a bad place if you’re trying to save money but there is definitely better for a similar price.
