This hostel was very disappointing. The night I arrived (private room) my bed sheets were more discoloured with stains and other peoples hair than white, and the bed was absolutely covered in bugs. It’s not my first time in Thailand so I know there can be insects; but these were only on the bed. I slept on the floor, and left the day after. I was offered another room but it was also covered in bugs. The receptionist was brilliant and apologetic with a full refund, the cleaner seemed unbothered.
