EXCELLENT hostel. Could not recommend more. Even though we were only able to stay for one night, the owner Mama Hien went above and beyond. She knew our names, made sure we had everything sorted and created a community with others in hostel - even taking us all out for a meal to her favourite local spots. The facilities were clean and comfortable and we were treated like family from (literally) the moment we stepped through the door. Cheerful hostel deserves all the stars it can get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mama is the absolute best! We had the most amazing time here, she gave us recommendations for anything we wanted to do and help book anything we wanted to do! We arrived and immediately felt so welcomed and apart of the cheerful hostel family. Mama took us on a food tour on the bikes with the whole hostel showing us great food spots that you wouldn’t find yourself! We stayed an extra night and would have stayed longer if we could have! It’s hard to put in to words how great this place is!!

The best hostel and the best host in Vietnam ❤️ Hien was amazing! She makes sure everyone staying at the hostel is comfortable, gets connected with each other, and helps plan what you’d like to do in Hoi An. Anything you might need she will have a great resource or answer to your question. We also did an evening food tour on the hostel bicycles that was super fun! The accommodation was comfortable & clean, and the free breakfast was delicious. Highly highly recommend.
