Our favourite hostel in our month travelling Vietnam. Hien is an incredibly kind and attentive host who will be able to gave us a bunch of great recommdations and helped to organise any activities we wanted to do during our stay. She also provides a free street food tour which was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and would come back in a heartbeat!

Cheerful Hostel was one of our favourite hostels ever! We were welcomed so warmly and felt at home from the moment we stepped through the door. Mama was an incredible host and gave us a fab street food tour, arranged a cooking class and even made us a bahn mi for our onward journey. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and breakfast was included which was a lovely touch. We made some great friends here and would 100% recommend Cheerful Hostel to anyone. Thanks so much mama, miss you already!

One of the best hostels I have stayed in. Such a welcoming atmosphere with great recommendations on what to do. Mama went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time by organising tours. The rooms were incredibly clean and roomy as well!
