Nice views from the property, basic clean rooms and a good vibe. Perfect for people on a show string budget which are backpacking through Himalayan town. Hosts are friendly and we even went for a day hike organized by the hostel.

Yolo backpackers. A heaven for me in true sense --getting up to watch the sunrise from my window feel the cold breeze and a view of snowy mountains ...has been the most mesmerising experience to my soul .. I have never been anywhere that is as excellent as yolo backpackers

The staff and room itself were terrible. The sheets on the bed were filthy with hairs and dirt everywhere. There were opened beer bottles in the cupboard. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and not welcoming. They initially billed us incorrectly, they were not friendly, they did not speak any English and it felt like we were a bother being there. We were the only guests but even that seemed too much for the hostel to handle. I’ve been to India 4 times and this is definitely the worst hostel.
