wouldn’t recommend this place for solo female travelers. the old man in the bunk below me was loudly cursing out another guest in our room for snoring and throwing things at him for most of the night causing everyone else to be unable to sleep and it made me very uncomfortable. the place is not very clean and pretty bare bones but to be fair it was very affordable. the staff were great so it’s unfortunate that they allow this kind of behavior.

for the price, you can’t beat it. but the facilities aren’t great and the vibe was weird. lots of old men with their shirts off. i wouldn’t have stayed here if i wasn’t in a couple.
