+ garden, plants, animals + WiFi works + clean + kitchen is functional + "16-beds" is underselling it (really 4-bed apartments, and offseason you might have one on your own), but the walls are thin, so you'll be bothered by vibration alerts, snoring, snooze button abuse and late night babble from next door + good location + staff competent and friendly + no AC, none needed + no party hostel o mosquitos in the evening; generally ants and all kinds of bugs, but the cleaning keeps them at bay o no warm water
