Wow a capsule hotel in a spa town is a brilliant idea and Aqua Hotel executed it well! Located close to shops and buses (trains are further away), it also felt safe, clean and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, the facilities were very good: hotel-standard bathroom/bedding/keycard, personal socket/lights/television (earphones required), privacy curtains and the pool! I added 14€ for the thermal pools and breakfast buffet, which was quite reasonable as a treat.

Over all very good place the stuff is super friendly The breakfast was great I stayed in the dorms and when booked for 33 € I thought the price is 33€ and not 20€ because I get access to the swimming pool.. but then I was asked to pay 14€ more for that and the breakfast. So I felt I been disinformed . The hot pool felt like nothing special.. it's not like hot springs ...and has so much chlorine It burned my eye way more then usual.and chlorine is toxic so I didn't go again into the pool.
