Decent hostel, comfortable beds & dorms. Needs more bathrooms: each dorm has only 1 bathroom, with only 2 additional communal bathrooms between 8 dorms. Respectfully, cleaning staff needs deodorant— guy changing bedsheets left the entire dorm smelling of BO. Good location next to the train, though far north for southern Mumbai sights. Nice breakfast and common spaces, but no guest kitchen. Social vibe was okay- majority domestic travelers some just there for work, but it wasn’t peak season

I’ve been travelling to Mumbai for 4 years but never got the chance to stay at Locomo. This time, I finally did, and it was one of the best hostel experiences I’ve had! Made so many amazing friends, and the beds and toilets were super clean. A special mention to Siddesh at reception—he was friendly, fun and welcoming, and honestly made me want to stay longer! ❤️ Definitely coming back!
