Another 10/10. The staff were amazing. My birthday was in December and they provided me with a local sweet on my arrival. I could've cried lmao. The facilities were excellent, the beds were comfy and there is even a nice area to do studying or (gaming on your Nintendo switch). The hot spring deserves it's own set of 500 words. It was out of this world! Just thinking about it, my body feels lighter and my mind feels clearer. If you go to Hakone, this is a must stay.
