You get what you pay for and I hope you paid little. I should have listened to the other reviews. Here you will find the worst service in Colombia from cleaning to reception. It’s not just being rude or lacking hospitality. Service people will lie to you to get you out of their face and then claim they never said anything to you later. It’s also the kind of place where you’ll ask them to put food in the fridge and they’ll leave it outside and put it right beside the fridge and then laugh.

The hostel per se is ok, I was in the female dorm and luckily it was just me and another girl because they did not clean the toilet a single time for 2 days. It’s a dead hostel though, as a solo traveler I would not recommend it at all. Staff is nice but not super helpful or promoting activities
