Hanoi Ecogreen Hostel

Very rundown hostel, our room was damp and did not feel very clean and the shower was very un powerful. The location is decent with walking distance to most attractions, and the staff here are friendly.

We booked a room for 2 nights. It was so bad that we ended up moving to a different hostel after that. Turns out the 4.7 rating was /10, not 5 lol. The room was very damp and poorly-ventilated. The bathroom is very small and you have to sit sideways to use the toilet, as it's squeezed in against the wall. No toilet lid, so seat gets soaked if you use the shower. Lots of mould in the bathroom. There’s no real common area to hang out. The whole place feels very run down. Would not recommend.

It's a bed. It's cheap and it'll do the job, but I'd pay a a dollar more to stay somewhere else, if you have the means. One bathroom per room, no extras downstairs or anything, so we had people waiting multiple times. Funny smell, no amenities, no lockers, It's a one-night kinda spot.
