Its a nice property, clean and well maintained, the staff was courteous and helpful , far from the city centre though , but the connectivity is good , right next to the metro station, not much of interaction with the staff but over all a decent stay.

Terrible hostel 1. location is terrible, long distance from anything 2. anyone tall will struggle getting into the building as the stairway that leads to the dorms the ceiling is so low 3. majority of facilities that are advertised do not exist. No cafe, bar, nightclub, mini market, atm, key card access 4. people openly use drugs in the common areas 5. staff just barge into rooms without knocking 6.
